The challenge

Greeneville & Co wanted a site that felt custom-built from top to bottom. Most real estate sites hand visitors off to an IDX widget that looks and behaves like someone else's product. They wanted search, listings and their own marketing to read as one site.

What we built

Home search running on live listing data from the Tennessee-Virginia Regional MLS through the Spark RESO Web API, queried server-side so credentials never reach the browser
Filters kept in the URL, so any search can be bookmarked or texted to a client
Listing detail pages, plus the brokerage's own listings shown in their own section
Community guides written for local search
Lead forms for buyers, sellers, showings, rentals and commercial enquiries, emailed straight to the office with the prospect as reply-to
Staff edit pages and guides in a headless CMS (TinaCMS) while listings always come straight from the MLS

The result

One site that markets the brokerage and searches the market. Content is the team's to edit, and listing data stays current on its own.
